Agreement and Disclaimer

I confirm the information provided by me or by me on behalf of the organisation/group nominated on this form (Applicant) is true and correct. The Applicant acknowledges that in completing this application the Bruny Island Community Association Inc(BICA) has relied on the truth and accuracy of the information supplied in its decision to accept this application. The Applicant acknowledges having received, read and understood the terms and conditions applicable to the Event (as varied from time to time) published by BICA. The Applicant agrees to abide fully with the terms and conditions. The Applicant hereby releases BICA, its members, officers, volunteers, employees and contractors (Releases), to the fullest extent permitted by the law, from any claims, actions or suits brought by or on behalf of the Applicant against the Releasees and hereby indemnifies the Releasees in respect of claims, suits or actions brought by any party as a result of the actions of the Applicant (whether negligent or otherwise).
