The Leigh Higgins Community Service Award was established in 2021 by the Bruny Island Community Association (BICA) to honour the exceptional career and commitment Leigh has made to his community over his 60 plus years of service.

BICA are now accepting nominations for the 2026 award

Nominations close 30th September 2026
The successful nominee will be presented at the BICA AGM on second Sunday of October.
